- Get a grown-up job
- Become a better amateur cook
- Learn to sew
Random Healthy Goals
- Start running
- Run a 5k and work up to a marathon
- Learn more about living gluten free
- Get back into yoga (Iyengar is my favorite)
- Get in a good gym sesh 5 days a week.
- Menu plan for the whole week.
- Try at least 3 new recipes a week.
- Study for the FSOT. February isn’t that far away!
- Stay in touch (better) with friends.
