Random Life Goals

  • Visit all 7 continents – only 2 left! (Australia and Antarctica)
  • Go to Alaska and meet a real live Moose
  • Get a grown-up job
  • Become a better amateur cook
  • Learn to sew

Random Healthy Goals

  • Start running
  • Run a 5k and work up to a marathon
  • Learn more about living gluten free
  • Get back into yoga (Iyengar is my favorite)

December Goals:

Exercise Goals:

  • Get in a good gym sesh 5 days a week.
  • Stretch.

Food Goals:

  • Menu plan for the whole week.
  • Try at least 3 new recipes a week.

Personal Goals:

  • Study for the FSOT. February isn’t that far away!
  • Stay in touch (better) with friends.
